How it works

From a short assessment to a programme that develops with you

Five clear steps. The first takes under three minutes; the last continues with you from week to week.

11 questions · under 3 minutes · no card required

  • AI explains; it does not choose your exercises
  • Safety questions before the programme is built
  • Areas that need care are taken into account

The core difference

The difference between a rule-built plan and one a language model guesses at

Your training is not left to chance. Exercise selection and progression follow reviewed training rules and frameworks, and the role of AI is to explain, not to choose.

An app that leans on a language model alone

  • Exercises are generated afresh each time, with no fixed rule governing the choice.
  • Nothing guarantees that the areas needing care were taken into account.
  • A missed session becomes blame rather than information to build on.

The result: a plan that changes for no clear reason, and you never know why.

At Enti Fit

A deterministic engine and reviewed frameworks

  • The engine chooses: Your programme is assembled from your answers across four reviewed training frameworks, within safe ceilings and the safety flags you gave.
  • AI explains: It helps explain why an exercise is included and how to perform it, but it does not independently choose your exercises or loads.
  • Flexibility without blame: Missed a session? We continue from where you are, and the next week is built from what you actually logged.

The result: you know why each exercise is there, and what decides your next week.

The full path

Five steps from the assessment to progress that lasts

Each step is written as it actually happens: what we ask, what we build, what you log, and what decides the next week.

  1. Take the assessment

    11 questions

    11 questions about:

    • your stage and your goal
    • your level and previous experience
    • how many days you can train
    • how much time you have
    • where you train
    • the equipment available
    • what usually gets in the way of consistency
    • any area that needs extra consideration
    • Knees
    • Lower back
    • Shoulders
    • Wrists
    • Pelvic floor

There are also specific safety questions. If your answers flag something that needs health-professional review, we stop programme creation and ask you to speak with your doctor before continuing.

    Safety first

If you name an area that needs care, it is taken into account as the programme is built, and you will find a suitable alternative to any movement that does not suit you.

  2. We build your programme

    Deterministic

Your programme is built from your answers using reviewed training rules and frameworks.

AI helps explain why an exercise is included and how to perform it, but it does not independently choose your exercises or loads.

    Built around what you chose

From 2 to 4 or more days a week, a session of 30, 45 or 60 minutes, at home, at a gym, or a mix of both.

  3. Train step by step

    Calm guidance

The app takes you through your session exercise by exercise.

    You will see:

    • the movement
    • sets
    • reps
    • rest time
    • where to log your weights and reps

If a movement does not suit you or you do not have the right equipment, you will find an appropriate alternative.

    On your own time

Your session waits until you start it. Nothing here chases you with a schedule that does not look like your day.

  4. Log what you did

    No blame

After each set you log the weight you used and the reps you actually completed — not what you were supposed to do.

Progress here means consistency, not perfection.

Missed a session? We continue from where you are.

    Why logging matters

What you log is what the programme reads when it builds your next week. Went lighter today? That is useful information, not a mistake.

  5. Your programme develops

    Every week

You track what you complete, then what you log helps determine what comes next.

At the end of each week the week closes and the next one is built from your weights, your reps and what you completed, within the same safe ceilings.

    Progression, not leaps

Change arrives in small measured steps, because progress that lasts is the kind you can repeat next week.

Where you train

Training that fits your week, at home or at a gym

The assessment asks where you train and what equipment you have — bodyweight, resistance bands, dumbbells, or full gym machines — and your programme is built around what you actually have.

  • At home

Bodyweight, resistance bands and dumbbells. The programme chooses from what you said you have, and nothing else.

  • At a gym

Full machines and free weights when you have them, with the same progression and the same safe ceilings.

And if your week is a mix of both, you can choose that in the assessment.

Safety before any exercise

Four safety questions come before the programme

Inside the assessment itself

Inside the assessment we ask about four things. If your answers flag something that needs health-professional review, we stop programme creation and ask you to speak with your doctor before continuing.

  1. Chest pain during exertion

Pain or tightness in the chest that appears with physical effort.

  2. Frequent dizziness or fainting

Episodes of dizziness or loss of consciousness that keep recurring.

  3. Surgery in the last 3 months

Recent surgery that may need specialist follow-up before training resumes.

  4. Your doctor told you to avoid exercise

A standing recommendation from your doctor to hold off on exercise.

Common questions

Clear answers about how this works

Is Enti Fit only for women over forty?

No.

Enti Fit is for women across different goals and stages.

Only Strength After 40 is specifically designed for women aged 40 and over.

What if my knee or lower back needs care?

In the assessment you name the area that needs care: knees, lower back, shoulders, wrists or pelvic floor.

It is taken into account as your programme is built, and if a movement does not suit you, you will find an appropriate alternative.

If the pain is new or severe, speak with your doctor first.

Does AI choose my exercises?

No.

Exercise selection and progression follow reviewed training rules and frameworks.

AI helps explain the programme; it does not independently make the core training decisions.

What happens if I miss a session?

You continue from where you stopped.

The goal is consistency, not a perfect week.
