What the service provides

Enti Fit builds a strength programme from your answers, presents it session by session, and adjusts it weekly from what you log.

We may also offer coaching in person or online. A coach is an independent provider; our responsibility is limited to providing the platform and the match between you.

Not medical advice

The exercises and content in Enti Fit are for general fitness. They are not a diagnosis, not a treatment, and not a substitute for your doctor.

See your doctor before starting if you have a health condition or injury, or if you are pregnant, recently postpartum, or recovering from surgery. Stop immediately on chest pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or sharp pain, and seek medical help.

You are responsible for your decision to train, and you accept that physical exercise carries a risk of injury.

Who can join

The service is for adults aged eighteen and over. It is designed for women, at any adult age and any stage of life. The programme available today is built for women aged forty and above; other programmes will state who they are built for when they open.

Your account

• Your account is personal. You may not share it, sell it, or let anyone else use it.
• Sign-in uses a code sent to your number; keep your phone safe and do not share the code.
• The information you give, especially the health answers, must be accurate. Your programme is built on it and your safety depends on it being right.

Membership and payment

• Membership is a recurring subscription. The price and the renewal period are shown before you buy.
• If you start with a trial it becomes a paid subscription when the trial ends, unless you cancel first.
• You may cancel at any time, and your access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
• A subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play is managed and cancelled in that store’s own settings, and that store’s refund policy applies.
• We may change the price in future, and we will tell you before a change applies to your renewal.

Acceptable use

• Do not republish, sell or distribute the app’s content.
• Do not try to reach other people’s accounts or parts of the service not meant for you.
• When dealing with coaches, keep your appointments and be respectful; you are owed the same.

Ownership

The training content, the design and the brand belong to Enti Fit or are licensed to it. The data you log remains yours, and we process it under the privacy policy.

Ending the service

You can delete your account whenever you like from inside the app. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk, and we will tell you why unless a legal reason prevents it.

Limits of liability

We provide the service with reasonable effort, without warranting that it will always be available or free of faults. We are not liable for an injury caused by ignoring the safety warnings or by a health condition you did not tell us about. Nothing here limits a right that the law does not allow to be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
