Delete your account
You can delete your Enti Fit account and all of your data from inside the app at any time. This page explains the steps and what happens next.
From the app
- Open the Enti Fit app and sign in with your mobile number.
- Go to Profile, then tap “Delete my account” at the bottom of the screen.
- Read what is deleted, tick “I understand”, then tap “Delete my account”.
A 30-day window
Your account is locked right away and you are signed out. If you change your mind within 30 days, sign in with the same number and tap “Keep my account”. After that date everything is deleted for good and cannot be recovered.
What is deleted
- Your profile and phone number
- Your assessment and health answers
- Your programme and your whole workout history
- Your notifications
What is kept
Purchase records only, for accounting as the law requires. No health data or workout logs are kept.
Don’t have the app?
Email privacy@entifit.com with the mobile number used for the account and we will delete it within 30 days.
